By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ar999 platform (the "Platform"), including any services available at ar999.cam, you ("the User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as all supplementary policies published by ar999 including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ar999 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

Access to, and use of, the ar999 Platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms in their entirety. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

The ar999 Platform is strictly an adult gaming and sports betting service. The following eligibility requirements are mandatory and non-negotiable:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or participate in any gaming or betting activity on ar999. This requirement is strictly enforced.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gaming and sports betting is lawful in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active ar999 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• Personal Use: You must be registering on your own behalf as an individual. Corporate accounts, proxy registrations, or registrations on behalf of third parties are not permitted.

ar999 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling with the utmost seriousness. Any account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and ar999's internal responsible gaming procedures.

To access the full range of services on ar999, you are required to create a verified account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update it in the event of any change.
• You are the lawful owner of any payment method used to deposit funds into your ar999 account.
• You will keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential.
• You will notify ar999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

ar999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until ar999 has been formally notified of a security breach and has taken remedial action.

ar999 reserves the right to refuse any account registration application at its absolute discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

ar999 operates a PKR-native financial system. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

4.1 Deposits

• ar999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, and Raast instant payment.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and may be adjusted from time to time. Current limits are displayed within the ar999 account dashboard at the time of deposit.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• ar999 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges for which ar999 bears no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified and previously used for a successful deposit on your account.
• ar999 reserves the right to require full account verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") before processing any withdrawal request. This may include submission of a government-issued national identity document (CNIC or NICOP), proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• ar999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or pending verification requirements.

All sports betting, casino gaming, and other wagering activities conducted on the ar999 Platform are subject to the following rules:

• Bet Acceptance: ar999 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its discretion, including where system errors, manifest pricing errors, or irregular betting patterns are identified.
• Minimum and Maximum Stake Limits: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the Platform at the time of placing a bet and may be altered by ar999 at any time.
• Palpable Errors: Where a bet has been accepted at odds or terms that represent a manifest error — including but not limited to human error, system malfunction, or data feed failure — ar999 reserves the right to void such bets and return stakes to the relevant account.
• Match Result Disputes: The settlement of sports betting markets is governed by the official result as declared by the relevant sporting authority (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL events). ar999's decision on the settlement of any disputed market is final.
• In-Play Betting: Live, in-play betting markets are offered subject to availability and data feed integrity. ar999 accepts no liability for bets placed on incorrect in-play data where the error originates from a third-party data provider.
• Responsible Bet Placement: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. It is your responsibility to review all bet details prior to confirmation.

ar999 reserves the right to suspend or void any betting market where the integrity of the underlying event is in question, where information asymmetry has been identified, or where regulatory guidance requires market suspension.

From time to time, ar999 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all ar999 promotional offers unless explicitly superseded by the specific terms of an individual promotion:

• Bonuses and promotional offers are available only to eligible registered ar999 account holders who meet the specific eligibility criteria for each promotion.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per account, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal as cash.

ar999 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. The Platform operates in accordance with international responsible gaming standards, and the following provisions form a core part of these Terms:

• Deposit Limits: All ar999 account holders may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings panel. Once a limit reduction has been applied, it takes effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session duration alerts and hard limits within their account settings to manage the time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Any ar999 account holder may request self-exclusion for a defined period or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once applied, access to the account is suspended for the duration of the exclusion period. ar999 will also take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded individual from opening a new account during the exclusion period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ar999 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage of account verification.
• Opening, operating, or assisting in the operation of more than one ar999 account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated systems designed to gain an unfair advantage in betting markets or casino games.
• Exploiting system errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies in a deliberate and systematic manner.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the ar999 Platform.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that have been obtained fraudulently.
• Colluding with other players, match officials, or any other party to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or casino game.
• Sharing account access credentials with any third party or allowing another individual to operate your account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards ar999 staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions, self-exclusion measures, or account verification requirements.

ar999 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in the investigation of fraudulent activity, money laundering, and other financial crimes. ar999 reserves the right to freeze account balances and withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of any such investigation.

All content published on the ar999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and appearance of the Platform — is the exclusive property of ar999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ar999 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ar999 content without prior written authorisation.
• Use any ar999 branding, trademarks, or logos in any manner without prior written consent from ar999.
• Scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the ar999 Platform by automated or manual means.
• Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any part of the ar999 Platform software.

Any unauthorised use of ar999 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ar999 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ar999 Platform.
• Losses arising from service interruptions, system downtime, technical failures, data loss, or communications failures beyond ar999's reasonable control.
• Losses attributable to the actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, data providers, or technology partners.
• Any loss of winnings, profits, or opportunity cost arising from system errors or delayed bet acceptance.
• Any decision made in reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the ar999 Platform.

ar999's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms, arising from any cause whatsoever, shall in no circumstances exceed the total amount deposited into your ar999 account in the six calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ar999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on ar999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ar999 may be required by law, regulation, or court order to disclose personal data to governmental authorities, financial intelligence units, law enforcement bodies, or other regulatory authorities. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with ar999's legal obligations and without prior notification to the affected account holder where legally required.

ar999 implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions, segregated data storage architecture, and restricted staff access protocols.

ar999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime is suspected or confirmed.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion.
• ar999 is required to take action by a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.
• The account has been inactive for a prolonged period in accordance with ar999's dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed by ar999 for reasons other than a confirmed breach of these Terms, any verified and cleared balance remaining in the account will be returned to the account holder via the payment method on record, subject to applicable withdrawal processing procedures and verification requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, ar999 reserves the right to retain the balance pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings, and to forfeit the balance where such forfeiture is determined to be appropriate under applicable law and these Terms.

ar999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made to these Terms, ar999 will use reasonable endeavours to notify active account holders via the registered email address or through a notice displayed prominently on the Platform.

The effective date of any amended Terms will be clearly stated at the top of the document. Your continued use of the ar999 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure that you remain aware of the current version in effect. ar999 will maintain a record of historical Terms versions and will make these available upon reasonable request.

ar999 operates under international gaming licensing standards and is committed to maintaining compliance with the regulatory frameworks applicable to online gaming and sports betting operators. The Platform's random number generators (RNGs) for all software-based casino games are subject to regular third-party certification audits to verify fairness and integrity.

14.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising between you and ar999 in connection with your account or any transaction on the Platform, you should first contact ar999's customer support team by email at [email protected]. ar999 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve the dispute within a reasonable timeframe.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with ar999's support team, the matter may be escalated to ar999's internal compliance department for formal review. ar999's decision following a formal compliance review shall be final and binding save in cases of manifest error.

14.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the ar999 Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ar999 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
